Delivery

Your order will generally be delivered within 3 to 10 days after we have received your payment. The courier service used will either be Colissimo, DPD or Schenker depending on the weight of your parcel and the destination.

After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

Very occasionally, items ordered are out of stock. This can happen if two customers order the same item at the same time. We cannot be liable or responsible for any loss occurring because your items are not in stock. If this your item is out of stock, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to rectify the situation.

We will make every effort to deliver your order within the time estimate (the estimate is in working days unless otherwise stated) provided the goods are on stock. However, this is an estimate, and delivery within the time quoted cannot be guaranteed. If the goods are not delivered within the time we have estimated, please feel free to contact us by email contact@oceanstormsurfboards.eu and we will try to resolve the issue promptly.

We will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery over the estimated provided.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs include packing, transport and delivery charges. The charges depend on the weight and/or volumetric weight of the parcel and will be shown as soon as you add a product to your cart. They do not include import tariffs (for Swiss customers : Import tariff is based on the HS-Code of the product your purchasing) and/or import turnover taxes. We recommend you group your purchases together in one order so you only pay the shipping costs once. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

We will deliver to the address you specify on a sign-on receipt basis (outside France).

The products must be inspected upon delivery and refused if any damage is found. Failure to notify us of any visible damage may result in claims not being accepted after the item has been signed for. Any visible damage should be identified to the delivery personnel and noted on their delivery note at the time of refusal.

You must not fit or use a product that is incorrect or different to that which was ordered. failure to comply with this will deem that you have accepted the goods and you will be unable to return or replace them because they are incorrect or different to that which was ordered. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns

We are committed to providing our customers with high quality products and service. Unless stated, all products we supply are brand new. Purchases made from our online store are not sold on a “Trial basis”. Customers are strongly advised to check the suitability and specification of products prior to purchasing. In the event we, at our discretion, may agree to accept the goods back the following conditions will apply:

In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, you must request it within 10 days of receiving your item, having taken good care of it and kept it in an unused state, complete with packaging (in a resaleable condition) and all it’s components.

The refund will be made direct to the credit/charge card originally used to place the order unless requested otherwise. By making a payment we are not entering into a contract of sale.

You will not be refunded for the postage and packaging of your item. Please be aware that you are responsible for the returned item until it has reached us. We recommend using a secure delivery method. This does not affect your statutory rights.
